SellerGoat is a full-service Amazon operations platform for brands that sell on Amazon. We connect directly to each client's Seller Central account through Amazon's Selling Partner API, securely retrieve operational data across listings, pricing, inventory, orders, fulfillment, financials, and account health, and turn that data into dashboards and recurring reports. Our team uses the platform to run day-to-day seller operations on behalf of authorized clients - from listing optimization and pricing moves to FBA shipment planning, buyer communications, and review solicitation.

Platform capabilities & Amazon data access
The SellerGoat platform uses Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) to securely retrieve the data our team needs to manage your account. Each capability below is tied to the specific SP-API role it requires. We only access the roles required to deliver the service -nothing more.
Product research & scouting
Before a single ASIN goes live, SellerGoat does the research work that makes a launch viable. For existing catalogs, the same research process drives category expansion and listing refresh decisions.
Keyword discovery. We pull high-relevance search terms from Amazon Ads keyword recommendations and external SEO tools (Helium 10 Cerebro, DataForSEO), then translate findings into listing copy and PPC structure.
Competitive listing analysis. We audit competitor titles, bullets, A+ content, pricing, and review patterns across target ASINs to surface positioning gaps.
Niche scoring. We assess category demand, competitive density, and review velocity to inform launch and pricing decisions.
ASIN tracking. We monitor rank, BSR, and pricing movement on competitor and watch-list ASINs over time.
Research outputs feed directly into launch strategy, advertising, and SEO copywriting work delivered under the rest of the platform.
Promotions & deal management
SellerGoat handles the full promotional lifecycle, from identifying the right deal type and timing window to monitoring performance against margin targets.
Deal selection and scheduling. We evaluate which promotional vehicles fit each product and sales goal - Coupons, Lightning Deals, 7-Day Deals, Prime Exclusive Discounts, and Subscribe & Save offers - and schedule them around inventory levels and seasonal demand.
Pricing coordination. Promotional pricing is set alongside everyday pricing strategy so discounts drive volume without undercutting margin. We manage pricing windows to avoid overlap and ensure Buy Box eligibility during and after deal periods.
Performance tracking. We monitor units moved, conversion lift, and margin impact during and after each promotion and use those results to inform future deal calendars.
Promotional planning is coordinated with advertising, inventory, and launch strategy so the pieces work together instead of at cross purposes.
Feedback & review management
Seller feedback and product reviews directly affect account health, Buy Box eligibility, and conversion rates.
SellerGoat monitors both and acts when signals shift.
Seller feedback monitoring. We track seller feedback scores and individual feedback events through account health data. Negative feedback is flagged so we can identify root causes, whether that is a fulfillment issue, a listing mismatch, or a buyer expectation problem.
Review trend analysis. We monitor star-rating trends and review content across the catalog to surface recurring complaints and listing accuracy gaps. Patterns in negative reviews often point to copy or image changes that improve conversion.
Review solicitation. We send Amazon-compliant review requests on eligible orders to build review velocity within policy, timed to maximize response rates without triggering rate limits.
Escalation routing. When feedback or reviews surface issues that need action, we route them through the right channel: Buyer Messaging for direct resolution, catalog updates for listing accuracy, or account health workflows for policy-related flags.
Feedback and review signals feed back into listing optimization, inventory decisions, and account management across the catalog.
Analytics & reporting
SellerGoat produces recurring reports that inform every operational decision we make on a client's account. The same data that drives our day-to-day management is available to clients through scheduled reviews and on-demand pulls.
Sales and traffic reporting. We pull account-level sales, traffic, and conversion data and break it down by product and time period. Reports cover revenue, units, sessions, conversion rate, and Buy Box percentage.
Advertising performance. Ad spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates are tracked across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. We segment by brand vs. non-brand traffic to distinguish growth spend from defense spend.
Search term analysis. Search term reports surface which customer queries are driving clicks and conversions and which are wasting spend. These feed directly into keyword strategy, negative keyword management, and listing SEO.
Recurring cadence. Reports are produced on a monthly and mid-month schedule covering defined reporting periods, with ad-hoc data pulls available when a question comes up that needs a number behind it.
Reporting outputs drive the rest of what we deliver, from pricing decisions and inventory planning to advertising adjustments and listing rewrites.

Pricing
Quote-based engagements, scoped to your brand.
Every Amazon brand is different, so SellerGoat engagements are scoped to your catalog size, revenue stage, and the services you need. We don't do cookie-cutter packages - we quote each engagement individually after a short discovery call so you're only paying for what actually moves the needle for your business.
How we price
A typical SellerGoat engagement includes up to three components. The request-a-quote form below is how we build your custom proposal.
Monthly management retainer. The core of every engagement. Priced based on your active-ASIN count, service scope, and expected operational load. Billed monthly, no long-term contract.
One-time setup fee. Covers onboarding, account audit, SP-API authorization, data backfill, and the first round of reporting configuration. Charged once at kickoff.
Optional performance-based add-ons. Available for advertising management (percentage of ad spend) and new-product launch projects (fixed project fee plus launch-window performance bonus). Entirely optional and discussed during the quote.
No long-term contracts. Engagements are month-to-month with 30 days notice for termination. See our cancellation & refund policy.
